When we talk about classic death metal albums, we cannot ignore 'Cross The Styx' and 'Diabolical Summoning' by the (originally) Rotterdam band Sinister. In the early 90's the band managed to put death metal on the map, together with Pestilence and Gorefest. Bandleader and fellow founder Aad Kloosterwaard started as a drummer, but in 2005 he decides to go for the vocals. Since this year Sinister has a complete new line-up, a.o. with Putrefied members Toep Duin on drums and Dennis Hartog on guitar. Not only will we hear some new work today, but off course some old classic death metal tunes. It's a home game today, so make sure you're in front of the pit!
