Candybar Planet is founded in 1994 in Eindhoven and together with the band '35007' they are the true founders of the famous 'Eindhoven Rockcity' scene, later to be expanded with 7Zuma7, Peter Pan Speedrock and The Spades. The band soon makes name with their uncomprimising groovy stonerrock with catchy vocals. After their legendary 'Army Tent' performance at the Dynamo Open Air Festival in 1996 all hell broke loose and the band soon conquers countries like Belgium, Germany and the Czech Republic. In 2002 the band decides to call it a day and they only perform at the official re-opening of the famous Effenaar venue in Eindhoven. Of course blood is thicker than water so in May this year Candybar Planet reunites in W2 in Den Bosch, where they prove to be still on top of the Stonerrock League!
